Funny how things turn out this way.The way time passes without a care,
Everything that has happened is just an event.
This year is a different new year.
The only celebrated visitation is to my friend's house.
and they say cny is a time for reconcilation...

My sister's keeper
Watched "My Sister's Keeper" with Joce Yesterday at Orchard Cine. We planned to watch this quite a while back, ever since we heard that they were making this movie. Of course we read the book. I like Jodi Picoult books...it's really triggers the emotion inside. It evolves around life, death, love...etc. The movie was quite good but i still prefer reading the book.
Heart-warming story. Didn't cry at the end :P haha... we heard some girls crying though.
Can't wait for 2012!!! ^^^^^^

Coffeeclub
Had a great time with parents this Sat at IMM...it's been such a long time since i last went there-- the basement has changed quite abit with more eateries and retail outlets. We had our supper at Coffeeclub at the basement.
I had the hazelnut cappocino, the stirrer is in the form of a cinnamon stick! I thought it was a wafer at first...until i realised i cant munch on it...i love this drink cos its aromatic and full of flavor!! Costs $6++ i think...
Mum ordered the fried calamari rings.It's quite tasty but the best i've tried is at WhiteDog located in Vivocity :) Didn't take much cos i wanted to attack this....
Chocolate Cake!! With some ice cream and wafer. Very sweet and sinful but after eating that and drinking coffee....feel super high haha.. like nothing else matters...
So i was thinking... maybe i should eat chocolate and drink coffee everyday??

New Creation~
Went to the New Creation Church at Suntec with Ryan On Sunday. I've always wanted to go there...and i was'nt disappointed! The message given by Pastor Prince really spoke to me. Ryan also shared with me lots of good things that happened(: Thanks for getting up early for the tickets in...if not, we'd probably have to go to the convention centre to watch through the screen. There's just so many people!!!
PS: I'm glad God has changed and helped you through the past year. Can't believe it's the first time meeting you since poly ;p
Enjoyed our time at the Food Fair... We tried takoyaki(Yum), jap omelette(Yum), rojak(Yum), duck mantou (Chewy...), fish maw soup (the stall above; really yummy and cheap!), Pie Kia Black pepper chicken (yum), Waffle hotdog (YUM.my first time trying lol. Something also happened which made me embarassed harhar.), forgot what else le...Anyway, we went out full and satisfied but incredibly stinky! Yuck! BBQ smell all over our clothes >< Bought some mochi back home too (:
I'm really disappointed at myself...
That day, that moment, those actions.
I think it was the first time i broke down in front of someone.
It was just too much to handle after receiving those words.
Imagine how bad it would have been if it was spoken directly to me.
I'm glad it's over-
I've never felt closer.

Express Pedicure~
Went with Joce to bugis last Thursday...it's been awhile since we last met! We decided to have our lunch at Seafood Harvest, a joint of Jack's Place which specialises in seafood located on the 2nd floor. Our decision was mainly due to the set lunch that they had then consisting of a main dish+Soup of the Day+Desser+ Coffee/Tea for only $9.80 (: Good Deal.
Woops...didn't take pictures of Soup of the Day but it was delicious!! It's cream of asparagus with scallop i think...Anyway, it was served with Garlic bread, which was'nt crispy enough for my liking :P
Main Dish-> We both chose grilled fish topped with mushroom sauce served with a side of vege instead of risotto, which is baked rice with vegetables. I never like to order bake rice, pasta, or pizza unless i have the time because they take awfully long!
The Grilled fish was a little salty while the mushroom sauce bland. We overheard feedback from the customer next to us that the sauce tasted like candle(wax). That bad meh?? It's a mild subtle 
taste mah. haha.
taste mah. haha.Loved the Dessert accompanied by our Tea! The cake is Coffee flavored! YUM..! Good thing i chose Tea instead otherwise it'll be a overdose of Coffee!! x.x
After lunch we headed to Bugis Street to shop around... Got some earrings and skirts(: Later on we tried the express Pedicure on the Second level, first time i tried. We should have gone for the classic pedicure...it's abit ex so..next time!! Must try the french manicure one day too^^
Our done toenails...all pink... seriously could've done them ourselves... LOL. Just buy the nail polish and the topcoat hahaha.On the way home we met Norean and Chalene... so qiao haha. They were going to watch 'The ugly truth'! I wanna watch it

Feel bloated.
Feel bloated.With fear.Worry.Angst.
But yet there is this outburst of joy.comfort.security.
So contradicting. But all these are mixed together...allowing confused emotions.
Why can i never stop myself from dwelling in them?
Eyes that can only look away in defeat.
A numbing sensation just spreads throughout my body, in its effort to wake it.
Sometimes it seems like i should just give up everything...
...and be left with nothing?
Tired.
Tired of carrying this weight on my shoulders.
It's like the heart being a Timed bomb.
Slowly counting down to its destruction.

Blood Ties
Blood TiesThis movie was given an M18 rating for a good reason. The violence.
It's about seeking revenge straight up. It's not scary but the story itself has good content. It draws me in... so much so that we all want the murderers to be brutally mutilated as well. If you've watched it.. you'd understand.
..and its a local movie! Was suprised haha..the girl really acted well. The story starts from the beginning where this cop was undercover trying to bust an illigeal syndicate but was found out and tailed him home. His wife was the first to be held hostage while he was in the room with the Girl and signalled for her to hide. Of course, he was beaten up... not only that, he watched his wife stabbed, slashed, raped and shot to death. (Eek). Atlas, he was given a gunshot to the head. His spirit was not rested after this suffering therefore he came back into the body of the girl, being the sole witness. Thereafter, she began her killing spree...each who were involved were killed off one by one.
The story was quite sad too... they even played the famous carpenter song "Why do birds suddenly appear" That song really makes it look more tragic, showing memories from when both husband and wife were together before death... nice movie (:
